(small'ish drop of ~1.5" so not dragging the deck on the ground kind of drop. Paired with big wheels (97 Flywheels) still enough clearance for skinny batteries. My electronics and batteries are going to inset into the deck (double thick deck) so should have ample protection if it does take a hit going over a bump/curb/rock. This is what i love about DIY e-boards!
